How to learn english?

I want to learn english.Yes,it's true,i want learn it.The reason is not going with fashion.it's about the knowledge and the view of the world.But i come to myself that language learning is too hard for adult.it's need too much time and memory to do it for me.People say if u do it u will done it,but i try to do it onec after one with out once done.
As u see,the words with red color was forgoten how to spell it .And the gray one is unsureness expression.Luckly,i can read english word most of the time and guess out some of the meaning.But there's a lot of problem when i read news and something social comment,there 's too much political professional word( proper none) for me.I can not understand the detail of the TV and radio which in english.
How to learn english well ?Does there have a good way to let me learning english on interesting？GOD HELP ME!
