Want do improve my English,But how?

Hello every one.I have learned english for about twenty years,from school to college,and be a man have to work.But still a Chinglish speaker.So hope to do improve it by someway.I try to learn it by watch Movie,but it doesn't work.There's too much word that i can not known at once when it fly past my eyes or ears .So give it up one time after another.But i don't want to failed on it.
You can seen that from this little text my grammar is also awful,because i do not like to learn it.there 's to much law to remember,and i can't.
What can i do next?
